Watertown Golf Club Development Improvements

Preliminary sketch plans call for the construction of a 50-space parking lot along the north property line adjacent to West Entrance Drive and to widen the existing parking lot to allow for perpendicular parking. The plans also call for the construction of a new 48' x 78' cart storage building in the location of the previously demolished pro shop. A new 20' x 24' service bar building is proposed near a 40' x 60' event tent and a new 16' x 20' starter building is proposed near the first tee. A new 20' x 40' building addition is also proposed to be constructed onto the existing maintenance building. New utilities on the site include a new septic system and underground electric to service the various buildings. As of December 12, 2022, this project is under review with the city for a potential purchase.
