Description

The project involves the grading, demolition, forming and landscaping for construction of concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter. The selected Contractor for the project shall be responsible to work with and coordinate the project the General Contractor for the Hotel project at 400 N Green Street and also work with the City of Morganton Electrical Department in their schedule for installation of conduit and light poles. The concrete work shall be conducted in conjunction with the schedule for the Hotel project. HUB certified/minority businesses goal is 10%
