Restroom Renovation - Phase III - General

This Project consists of the General Construction work for the Terminal D, E and F Restroom Renovations defined in the construction documents. It includes, but is not limited to, demolishing and reconstructing the Terminal D Baggage Claim Restrooms, Terminal D Connector Restrooms; the Terminal E Connector Restrooms and the Terminal F Concourse 3 Restrooms. The scope of these renovations is to include the complete removal and replacement of all finishes (and substrates and metal studs), plumbing fixtures, piping, building systems including heating/cooling, exhaust, and sprinkler systems partitions, casework, lighting, and restroom accessories. The soffit above the exterior spaces below the restrooms is to be removed and replaced. Repairs are to be made to the roof to accommodate the removal of exhaust fan units, addition, reuse and removal of plumbing vents, and addition of curb-mounted mechanical units.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
