Eb Transformer Oil/Neutral Bushing Repla

1. The contractor shall provide the equipment and tankers needed to remove and store the oil of (3) transformers to allow the replacement of (3) neutral bushing. 2. The Government will replace the neutral bushings. After the Government changes the neutral bushings, the contractor shall refill the transformer with the oil that was removed and kept in the tankers. 3. The contractor will put a vacuum and provide a nitrogen blanket in the transformer. 4. The contractor shall conduct a Power Factor Test, TTR (Transformer Turns Ratio) test, and an Insultation Resistance Test in accordance with the FIST 3-30 Transformer Maintenance Standard. 5. The contractor shall document the results of the tests in a comprehensive engineering report which shall include findings, test data, and recommendations for corrections, if applicable. The report will be furnished 30 of days after completion of work.
