Tenant Parking Lot: The parking has an excessive slope due to settlement, Replace the settled parking lot paving, install engineered fill and Geotex fabric, Install new asphalt (Please refer to attached Drawings # A1.0 & A1.1), Replace the concrete sidewalk and curb at the north side of the parking lot, Seal coat the portion of the parking lot that has not settled, Apply new striping for the entire parking lot parking Garbage pickup area: New concrete paving at garbage pickup area, New asphalt at catch basin, New asphalt at parking stalls Plumbing: Rod, jet and televise the existing storm sewers Weather Conditions: Ideal weather conditions for curing concrete is 40 degrees for 48 hours
