EMS Upgrades - Phase 5 at the JFK Middle School, 100 Bridge Rd., Florence, MA 01062. replacing/upgrading the air handler unit (ahu-h5), kitchen air handler unit, unit ventilator (band room 1116, rm 122, 123, 125, 126), and misc. controllers serving the c-wing. integrating existing hvac equipment/controls into new system. replacing/upgrading air handler unit (ahu-h5) mixed air temperate sensor, discharge air temperature sensor, and low temperature alarm. replacing/upgrading air handler unit (ahu-h5) co2 return ductwork sensor. replacing/upgrading unit ventilator unit discharge air temperature sensors and low temperature alarms. replacing/upgrading unit ventilator unit hot water coil 2-way control valves & actuators.
