Description

Installation of a High efficiency Cat 4 natural Gas Boilers combo unit. The combo unit will need to be 2 zones and 120,000 BTU and the AFUE 95%. You will be removing the existing boiler and hot water tank. The hole that is left in the chimney will need to be patched. 2 programmable thermostats will be installed and a gas leak will need to be fixed. It is marked with caution tape. The boiler and DHW tank that will be replaced is located in the basement. Total sq ft for project not available at this time.
