Administration of the Raleigh Home Revitalization Program

Administer the Raleigh Home Revitalization Program (the "Program"), a home repair and maintenance program targeting owner-occupied homes in specified geographic areas in the vicinity of certain planned public projects to include the Wake Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system and Dix Edge Area Plan. The City is soliciting proposals from agencies interested in the management of the program, client intake, inspections, bid specification and preparation, coordination of the bid process construction oversight, billings, and closeouts. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date the Contract is signed by the City (the "Effective Date"). At the end of the Contract initial term, the City shall have the option to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to a total of three (3) additional one-year terms. The City will give the contracted agency written notice of its intent whether to exercise each option no later than thirty (30) days before the end of the Contract then-current term.
