| Description | Project is a new affordable housing multi-residential complex with associated site work. Work includes courtyard, ground floor child care/senior care, tech training center, incubator food hall as well as an urban farm in the surrounding open space. Qualified window manufacturers bidders/systems must meet the following: a. Connections - strap anchors to be connected to the GFRC framing at the window head and sill only. b. Handling - assembled units are handled with vacuum pads to the glass and blockings must be appropriately placed to handle the necessary loads during install. PLEASE NOTE: - This is a bid for Window Manufacturers ONLY. - The overall construction cost estimate is $90,000,000. The value of this bid package is not yet known.
