Description

Construction of the Forest Ridge Drive 12” Water Line from Bedford Road to Harwood Road. The project consists of the installation of a Base Bid, two Alternate Bids, 1 & 2, and a sanitary sewer replacement. The Base Bid is for the installation of approximately: 350 linear feet of 8-inch AWWA C900 DR 18 PVC water pipe, 113 linear feet of 6-inch AWWA C900 DR-18 PVC water pipe, Alternate Bid 1 is for the installation of approximately: 2,906 linear feet of 12-inch AWWA C900 DR-18 PVC water pipe, Alternate Bid 2 is for the installation of approximately: 2,906 linear feet of 8-inch AWWA C 900 DR-18 PVC water pipe. All water distribution bids include related appurtenances. The sanitary sewer replacement is for the installation of approximately: 80 linear feet of 8-inch SDR-26 PVC sewer pipe, two 5-foot diameter manholes and all incidental work as indicated on the plans.
