Description

The District intends to construct a six-classroom addition at Faith Mather Sossaman Elementary School located at 22801 E Via Del Jardin in Queen Creek, Arizona. Estimated size of the addition is 8,000 square feet. The project construction budget (excluding soft costs) is approximately $1.5 million. Soft costs generally include architect fees, subconsultant fees, utility service design and connection fees, furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as technology. Structured cabling and access controls are considered part of the construction budget not soft costs. Soft costs are expected to be approximately 16 to 22 percent of the total project cost.
