| Description | The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region (Region 2), is conducting a market survey and is seeking sources for general contractor services. The requirement for this opportunity includes complete demolition and replacement of the existing low-slope roofing system at the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse located in Newark, NJ 07102. The courthouse is a five story building originally constructed in the 1980s. The total area of the multi-level roof is approximately, 50,000 square feet. It will be the General Contractor's responsibility to provide all management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the work. On-site supervision shall be provided by General Contractor personnel during all work on site. | ||
