Description | For this project, Contractor must be Pre-qualified as listed by the Pre-qualification Review Board under the provisions of Ordinance No. 26,614 approved by City Council on December 8, 2020. The Pre-qualification area/s acceptable for this project are as follows: Building contractor C. Bidders shall be prequalified pursuant to Ordinance No. 26,614 approved by the City Council on December 8, 2020, or qualified as otherwise specified in the Bidding Documents. All affidavits and certifications identified and listed herein as Bidding Documents shall be properly executed and accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bids electronically deposited more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered. The Oklahoma City Airport Trust reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. A cashiers check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety bond payable to the Oklahoma City Airport Trust in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bid Security will be returned to unsuccessful Bidders. The Bidder shall forfeit its bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount for failure to deliver to the Oklahoma City Airport Trust a properly executed agreement, bonds, and certificate(s) of insurance within ten (10) days of written notification of the award of contract to Bidder. The TRUST may require up to forty five (45) days from receipt of bids to award of contract. The Oklahoma City Airport Trust, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that, for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no business be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
