Demolish existing walls as indicated on the drawings. Remove the ceiling grid and existing light fixtures. Install new walls, electrical, HVAC, ceiling grid, and doors as shown on drawings. All walls and doors are to receive a primer coat and a minimum of two coats of paint. 1. Protect all remaining walls, carpet, doors, and any remaining materials from damage. 2. Walls as indicated are to be demolished and materials removed from site. Walls that are demolished shall be removed above the new ceiling grid location and secured to prevent any material from falling. 3. Remove existing ceiling grid, panels, and light fixtures. 4. Install new walls as shown on drawings. Existing wood trim is to be cut to fit the new walls. The trim should be flush with the new walls and any gaps filled prior to painting. The walls are to be finished to level four requirements and prime and paint. A minimum of two coats of paint is required. 5. Provide and install base to match existing 6. Provide and install doors as shown on drawing schedule. 7. Provide and install ceiling grid as shown on drawing. 8. Provide and install electrical and light fixtures as shown on drawing. 9. Provide and install HVAC materials as shown on drawing.
