East 215th Street Residential Development Bronx

The project calls for the construction of two 2-story residential buildings, each featuring two units. One building will measure 3,825 SF while the second will measure 4,338 SF. A third building (also two-story, two-unit) will be renovated as part of the project. Units will measure 1,342 SF a piece. The combined square footage of the three buildings has not been released. The address will be 745 and 747 E. 215th St. As of October 4, 2022, this project is on hold. Plans were approved by the New York City Department of Buildings on January 2, 2018, but no permits have been obtained. A contracting method has not been determined. A firm construction timeline has not been set.
