Design services to include programming, space schematics. site analysis. and cost estimation for project scope. The project is construction of a 125.000 sq. ft. multi-story agademic building, atop a former landfil,containing classrooms, faculty offices, meeting space, collabration spaces, science labs, medical imaging lab, a teaching music room, and a "Black Box" threater with seating and associated theatrical components. A complete AIE team is required to execute the proposed work. Disciplines include architectural. electrical. mechanical. structural. civil- to include geotechnical site analysis. fire protection design, cost estimating, building commissioning and Green Globes consulting. This is a 2 phase contract with Phase 2 not guarenteed. Greenville Technical College.
