Gallon Double Ellipse (Division Street) Exterior Overcoat, Mixer Installation, and Misc. Repairs

Tank Information: The structure is a 500,000 gallon double ellipse elevated water storage tank with a low-water level of 111 feet 1 inch The work includes: Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi), spot power tool clean to a SSPCSP11 standard, and apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Pit Piping: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Foundation: Repair spalls. Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system to the concrete. Note that the foundation coating is to be black (both coats can be black). Mixer: Install a mechanical mixer. Repairs: 1) Replace the wet interior roof hatch. 2) Install a riser grate. 3) Overflow discharge modification. 4) Install a wet interior ladder. 5) Install a roof platform. 6) Install bowl rigging couplings. 7) Replace aviation light bulbs. 8) Balcony drain holes. 9) Balcony access modification.
