Repave Parking Lot (Phase 2)

Project scope covers improvements to parking areas as shown on the contract plans, and includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Milling/removal of existing bituminous concrete pavement and curbs. 2. Limited subbase replacement in an area of the parking lot. 3. Limited concrete curb removal and replacement. 4. Concrete curb repair. 5. Installation of new bituminous concrete pavement. 6. Installation of a concrete dumpster pad. 7. Line striping of parking areas and numbering of spaces. 8. Caulking and painting of concrete curbs. 9. Replacement of catch basin tops; replacement of two catch basins.
