Description

Death Valley National Park will install new backflow devices and backflow setters in the Stovepipe Wells and Furnace Creek Water Systems. Death Valley National Park will be installing previously purchased Zurn Model 475ST Assemblies and previously purchased Zurn 400ST Model MJFSST Valve Setters. The items listed in Attachment 1 include the pipe, fittings, and appurtenances needed to install these backflow devices and setters. The backflows to be installed include one (1) device, one (1) device, one (1) device, and one (1) device. The backflow is to be installed as a redundant parallel unit to allow for the existing unit to be serviced without cutting service to customers.
