Description

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking bids for the engineering drawings, railroad permitting/bonds/insurance/flagging, and installation of approximately 60 LF of 24” I.D. steel casing (by jack and bore method) and installation of 18” HDPE pipe within the 24” steel casing under the Norfolk Southern Railroad crossing located on SC-12 Taylor St (mile point 2.12) between Harden St and Gregg St (see Appendix 1 - Maps) in Richland County
