Description

This is a Request for Bid ("RFB") issued by the Great Lakes Water Authority ("GLWA") seeking bids from qualified vendors (the "Contractor") for work to be completed on a task order basis related to instrumentation and controls services to support GLWA's Systems Control Center Division (referred to herein as the "Services"). Questions Due Date: Aug 10th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT The Contract shall have a three (3) year duration with two (2), one-year renewal options to be exercised at GLWA's sole discretion. GLWA's exercise of any renewal option for the Contract shall be contingent upon Contractor's written acceptance within no less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Contract expiration date utilizing the same items and conditions of the existing Contract.
