| Description | The Scope of Work: Remove existing tile from surfaces. Cut and remove concrete deck from perimeter of hot tub. Removal of earth from perimeter of hot tub. Re-Configure the current concrete steps leading into the hot tub to allow for a shallower step depth. Potentially replace hot tub's current mechanical pump given unique circumstances. To be determined. Apply concrete water-tight sealant to interior surfaces of the hot tub's concrete shell. Re-Plumb all of the water jets to the pump. Pressure test all lines. Replace earth and concrete around perimeter. Re-Tile surfaces. New tile needs to match existing surfaces as much as possible. Samples or pictures needed prior to installation. Replace existing handrails. |
