Construction of drainage improvements along Hamman Road and Holly Lane. The project is located in Matagorda County, Texas and within the City of Bay City. The site location is located approximately at the intersection of Hamman Road and Chateaux Drive and also 130 feet east of Chateaux Drive.oop South, Suite 150, Bellaire, TX 77401. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open. BID SECURITY a. The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond or two percent (2%) cashier's check of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bond or cashier's check payable to the Owner. b. The bid security will be forfeited to the Owner by the bidder as damages as default if the bidder fails to execute and deliver a contract and bonds as required. PERFORMANCE BOND AND LABOR AND MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract.
