Description

To trim Seven Chinese Elms, Ulmus parvifolia, located on a median strip and One Tristania laurina, located in the same city block. This roadway is split with directional traffic and parking on both sides (narrow). Trees are overgrown and dangerous to traffic and having some utilities that are traversing through them. A method of Drop Crotch Thinning is to be utilized.
