Description

To plant the Twin Ridge wetland facility and surrounding area within the Limit of Disturbance (LOD). The Twin Ridge stormwater facility will be retrofitted during the summer and early fall of 2020. The facility is in a residential neighborhood, so the Town and County wish for the facility to be professionally planted with native and aesthetically pleasing stock. Included with this solicitation is a grading plan of the final design for the facility with color coded regions of planting areas including low marsh (18” depth); high marsh (6” depth); dry, but frequently inundated areas; and upland areas.
