Kelly Lakes Double Box Culvert Replacement

The project involves the removal and replacement of two concrete Box Culverts, removal and replacement of 18-inch cmp, water main relocation, minor ditch grading, cast-in-place concrete apron construction, asphalt pavement replacement, erosion control and restoration. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work as called out on the plans. The work consists of Staking, Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Flow Diversion, the removal and replacement of two concrete Box Culverts, removal and replacement of 18-inch CMP, Water Main Relocation, Minor Ditch Grading, cast-in-place Concrete Apron construction, Asphalt Pavement replacement, and Restoration. Approximate items of work are listed below: Staking, Traffic Control and Erosion Control with Flow Diversion Remove Existing Box Culverts (2), Head Walls, and Wing Walls, Replace with 42 ft Precast 10' x 4' Box and 42 ft Precast 8' x 4' Box, Water Main Offset, appx. 65 ft, Precast Wing Walls and Precast Concrete Apron, Ditch Grading to Blend, Asphalt Binder and Surface Coarses.
