Description

Interior Selective Demolition and Renovation and New Exterior Entrance: Interior non-structural demolition of existing kitchen and meeting room including: portions of walls, existing floor and ceiling finishes, casework and electrical components. New storage room and accessible entrance to the exterior will be constructed. New electrical work will consist of the installation and relocation of outlets and switches where demolition has occurred and relocation of lighting. New electrical work will accommodate exterior lighting and access control. HVAC will be modified for the new layout.
