DCEO Sidewalks

As of February 3, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project is described as follows: Sidewalk improvements consisting of approximately 6,927 S.F. of PCC Sidewalk, 5; 114 S.F. sidewalk removal; 1,286 S.F. of PCC Driveway Pavement, 8; 2,264 S.F. driveway pavement removal; paint pavement markings, detectable warnings, curb ramps, and seeding and restoration as shown on the Drawings. Contract Documents, including Plans and Technical Specifications, may be examined at the following locations: City of Princeton, 2 South Main Street, Princeton, IL 61356 Chamlin & Associates, Inc., 218 W. Lafayette Street, Ottawa, IL 61350 The City of Princeton reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Princeton for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
