Pedestrian Safety Action Plan Phase 1 Project

The project provides pedestrian safety improvements at 47 signalized intersections and 75 uncontrolled crosswalk locations throughout the City of Syracuse consisting of pedestrian signal upgrades and new installations, crosswalk warning signage and crosswalk pavement markings. To have bid documents mailed, please provide your Fed Ex or UPS account number to be billed directly. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
