New Septic System Located at the Deputy Kurt B. Wyman Memorial Park

As of August 9, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 17, 2022. Bids shall be emailed to Shaun Kaleta, Town Supervisor & Mark Lisberg, Alesia & Crewell Achitects, P.C. by the time & date above. Shaun Kaleta: supervisor@whitestown.net Mark Lisberg: m.lisberg@a-carchitects.com The Town of Whitestown is a Tax Exempt Municipality and therefore shall not be charged taxes on material or labor. The Town of Whitestown shall be issuing the building permit on its behalf for this project and therefore the Contractor shall not include building permit fees in its bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty- five (45) days after the actual bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids. GENERAL CONDITIONS/NOTES 1. Contractor shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Schedule attached to this set of Bid Documents, and shall submit certified payroll reports to the Department of Labor & Town of Whitestown as required by law. 2. Contractor shall provide proof of insurance in the form of Insurance Certificates and shall name the Town of Whitestown as Additional Insured. 3. Contractor shall be hired directly by the Town of Whitestown and shall execute a written agreement with the Town in the form agreeable to both parties. 4. Contractor shall coordinate schedule with Town of Whitestown and Beebe Construction Services, Inc. who is currently constructing the associated Concessions Building that this septic system serves.
