Reconstruction of IL 71

The work to be done is to renovate the interior and some exterior components of the Main Library, Taft Branch Library, and El Modena Branch Library. This work, in general, consists of, but is not limited to, demolition, painting, soundproofing, preparation work, carpet removal and install, moving of furniture, plumbing, flooring, tiling, concrete work, masonry, and all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary for completion of work Project consists of the reconstruction of IL 71 from 0.16 mi. E of IL 126 to W of Orchard Rd_in Kendall County. Additional work involves several structure replacements within project limits, construction of shared-use path, tree removal, traffic signal and lighting upgrades. Length of the job is 3.8 miles. The job will be staged.
