| Description | Bids must be received in the Office of the County Clerk, for the following materials to be furnished to the Beaver County Commissioners for the period of October 3, 2022 to April 3, 2023. The items listed herein are to be used as a guide for the Bidders agreement to sell, and shall not be considered as the Countys agreement to buy. However, it is anticipated that the County will buy the majority of the items listed within the time specified. All items shall be in compliance with the required Oklahoma State Department of Transportation and Federal materials specifications. The bidders, whose proposal is accepted, shall deliver the items, in such quantities and to such locations within Beaver County. Delivery must be within (10) days from the date of the order. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. |
