Description | Replace bridge rails. 01-Hum-36-11.3/34.6 Project ID 0112000292 Federal-Aid Project ACNH-S036(118)E In Humboldt County On Route 36 At Hely Creek Bridge 04-0092 At Little Larabee Creek Bridge 04-0102 And At Butte Creek Bridge 04-0116 The Contractor must have either a Class A license or any combination of the following Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work: C-8, C-12, C-50. 850 Working Days Submit your bid with bidder's security equal to at least 10 percent of the bid. CADOT - Replace Bridge Rails This Agreement applies to the management of ADL-contaminated soil excavated from or imported to the State highway system in the course of highway projects, in all Caltrans districts statewide. The management activities to which this Agreement applies are the stockpiling, disposal, tracking, transportation and final placement of ADL-contaminated soil. The ADL-contaminated soil management procedures defined in this Agreement may also be used by Caltrans on joint projects between Caltrans and local government entities, provided it is only used within State-owned highway rights-of-way and Caltrans performs quality assurance and oversight of all phases of the project including environmental assessment, design, contracting, and construction, as well as operation, and maintenance of the project segments within Caltrans right-of-way. For such joint projects, Caltrans and the local government entity shall each retain joint and severable liability for any noncompliance with the provisions of this Agreement. DTSC shall provide oversight of response activities related to ADL-contaminated soil. |
