| Description | removal and disposal of the existing halon system in its entirety, the expansion of the water-based fire suppression system and the installation of a new NOVEC 1230 (gaseous system) to protect Server Room 250. Construction of this project is to be turn key and will include all aspects of work including but not limited to: removing and disposing of the existing HALON system to include all tanks, piping, sensors, etc., installing a new NOVEC 1230 system in room 250 and connecting this system to existing fire alarm system, connecting to and expanding the existing water based fire suppression system in the communications room 236, the removal and sealing of all ductwork serving Room 250 only and provide mini split HVAC system for this room, and the verification and sealing of the perimeter of Server Room 250 above ceiling & below floor. |
