The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in conjunction with their affiliate, Nebraska Medicine (NMC), are issuing this RFP to help with the selection of a partner in the development of a key parcel on the area west of Saddle Creek Road. The intent of this RFP is to provide a high level overview of our organizations and establish selection criteria for a partner. The information contained in this RFP provides some general information regarding the forthcoming Saddle Creek development project.
