We are looking for a Captive Aire A4-D.1000-30D Direct Fired Heat Only MAU or equivalent. Quote should include all costs for the unit, thermostat, removal/disposal of the old unit, and installation/programming of the new unit. Prices quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination and delivered, as required, to the following location: City of Lafayette Wastewater Treatment Plant 750 East County Line Road Lafayette, CO 80026 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:10/31/2023 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/09/2023 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes -- The City shall not be bound by and the Vendor shall not request or rely on any oral interpretation or clarification of this DQ. Therefore, any questions regarding this DQ are encouraged and should be submitted in writing through online Questions received up to deadline to submit question in the Schedule of Events will be answered in writing per the Schedule of Events.
