Justice Center Concrete

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, signage, traffic control and other incidentals necessary to provide services to remove and replace concrete gutters, sidewalks, valley pans and handicap ramps. A. Specifications will follow CDOT standards 1. Curb and gutter shall be a type 2, 6” barrier – 2’ gutter. 2. Concrete gutter valley pans shall have a 1” per 1’ fall from edge to center of drain. Thicknesses for concrete shall be 6” and widths shall match existing pan. Tooled control joints will be 10’ OC. 3. Front entry ADA ramp shall match existing, having steel truncated domes (detectable warning devices). 4. New ADA ramps shall Type 2A, having steel truncated domes (detectable warning devices).
