Description

The Iola Housing Authority is seeking competitive proposals for interior renovation work in the basement of Townhouse West Apartments. The work includes renovation of the bathrooms, laundry room, the lobby and the TV room. This includes new doors, finishes, flooring, ceilings, casework and MEP improvements as shown on the drawings.
