Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. Building I-1011 Roof Improvements A. Work includes, but necessarily limited: 1. Replacement of existing damaged, deformed, or corroded metal roof panels with new metal panel as needed. 2. Contractor shall examine the existing conditions of the roof surface, document (with photographs), and report any deficiencies identified that may affect the sound installation of the new roof coating system to the DRBAs representative. 3. The building and site will be occupied and in use during the time of construction. The Contractor shall take all precautions to create as little disruption as possible during the course of the work.
