Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to complete the work. This project includes the reconstruction of the Pioneer Plaza Parking Lot located in downtown Elyria, Ohio on Second St just west of the Elyria Public Library (211 Second St.). Work includes the complete removal of the existing parking lot and installing new concrete curbs, asphalt pavement, storm water improvements, lighting improvements, concrete walks and other pertinent items.
