North & South Mill Road Force Main Improvements

Complete the installation of approximately 1,220 LF via directional drill of a new 10-inch HDPE force main, approximately 70 LF via open cut of new 10-inch C900 force main, and approximately 520 LF via open cut of new 10-inch diameter ductile iron force main which includes 60 LF of jack and bore installation of the new 10-inch ductile iron force main beneath Conrail railroad track crossing. The work also includes the installation of approximately 3,400 LF via directional drill of a new 12-inch HDPE force main, approximately 250 LF via open cut of new 12-inch C900 force main, and approximately 40 LF via open cut of new 12-inch diameter ductile iron force main as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work shall include limited removal of existing force main and demolition of equipment noted on the Contract Drawings. Work shall also include excavation, backfilling, dewatering, temporary bypass pumping system(s), installation of temporary sheeting, site work including site and access clearing, and driveway construction, landscaping and site restoration, all as shown on the drawings and specified herein. The force main replacement work is located on North and South Mill Road within the City of Vineland.
