Project No. 606120001 The subject project is located along the 27th Avenue alignment, from South Mountain Avenue to Olney Avenue and along Olney Avenue from 27th Avenue to 23rd Avenue. The project is located within the City of Phoenix, and unincorporated Maricopa County jurisdictional limits. The project is located within Township 1S and R2E, Section 1 and Section 12 of Gila and Salt River base and meridian. Principle construction features of the project include: large diameter storm drain pipe (size ranging from 30-inch to 84-inch), construct catch basins, manholes and area drains; construct connector pipes, construct reinforced concrete headwalls construct riprap with filter fabric, removal and replacement of concrete ramps, curb & gutter, sidewalk, valley gutter, removal and replacement of existing pavement within affected roadways, replacement of existing landscaping, construction of chain link and custom fence, removal and replacement of SRP canal lining, and installation of new landscaping and irrigation.
