| Description | Provide Litter Pick-up and Removal Services throughout Hanover County. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and supplies, etc. as required on an "as needed" basis 1. Pick-up all litter within 15 feet of the road or the farthest side of a drainage ditch, whichever is greater; 2. Assure that all individuals assigned to the project are 18 years old or older; 3. Provide litter bags 4. Collect and dispose of bags in a state approved landfill; 5. Provide litter pick-up signs that must be in place and visible prior to beginning pick-up; | ||
