Description

The project contemplated consists of providing all site work, materials, equipment and labor necessary to accomplish the following: Upgrading the existing effluent pumping system and installing new HVAC system in the existing electrical room and the associated supporting infrastructure. The Work shall be performed at the Richard A. Heyman Environmental Protection Facility (RAHEPF) on Fleming Key. A. Installation of new Wilo effluent pump and VFD (to be provided by CITY) for deep well injection including associated piping and valves. B. Installation of HVAC system to cool electrical room.
