The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) requires Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for design and construction management of electrical systems improvements at the Capitol Square Complex (CSC). For purposes of this RFQ, "CSC" will refer to the Statehouse, Senate building, Atrium, and underground parking garage. The selected A/E will be retained to complete the POR, design, and construction administration for electrical system improvements.
