Sauquoit Valley CSD 2021 Capital Project Phase 2 - General Construction

Sealed proposals are sought and requested by the Sauquoit Valley Central School District for Work of Single Prime Contract consisting of Site Improvements, Tennis Court Renovations, interior and exterior Renovations, improvements and upgrades to the District's Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Bus Garage on Phase 2 of the 2021 Capital Project listed below in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by AshleyArchitects, 125 East Jefferson St, Syracuse, New York 13202. No. 41-16-03-04-5-001-011 Bids are requested for the following Single Prime Contract: General Construction Electrical Work Mechanical Work Plumbing Work The Bidding Documents shall be available beginning and may also be examined at the following locations: Ashley Architects 125 East Jefferson Street Syracuse, NY 13202 A compact disc (CD) of the Contract Documents will be available in electronic format (.pdf files) to be purchased by prospective bidders for a non-refundable cost of $49.00 for each disk requested, With either method, this is not a deposit, and no refunds will be made after purchase. After purchasing the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems, or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. Cash is not acceptable for Contract Documents. Partial sets requested, shall be obtained by interested parties, at their cost, with no money returned. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof.
