In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. There will only be one (1) organized site visit. Participants will meet at Engineering Building 13 at VA Northern Arizona Healthcare System Attendance is not mandatory however all bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All site visit participants will be required to undergo COVID-19 screening prior to entering the medical center. MASKS ARE REQUIRED in all areas at the VA Northern Arizona Healthcare System. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI): To obtain clarifications and/or additional information concerning the contract requirements or specifications, submit a written RFI via email to harry.seballos@va.gov. One (1) original completed/signed SF24 Bid Bond and Power of Attorney as required. 4.
