Tennis Court Resurfacing

Resurfacing of two tennis courts (approximately 14,210 sq. ft.) to include patching cracks and low areas as needed, replacing worn or missing posts, repairing chain link fencing or gates, applying an acrylic resurfacing product, and applying court paint product and court striping. Lump sum price should include amount of patch and crack seal needed. The acrylic resurfacing product will be applied with a minimum of two coats. Court paint will be applied in a US Open blue and green two-tone color scheme for the tennis courts, each base color being applied in a minimum of two coats. Contractor's pricing must include the materials, labor, equipment, delivery, fuel, maintenance, surcharges, etc. required to perform the work. Contractors will be responsible for any damages as a result of the machines, equipment, laborers, or items used during this process.
