Architectural/Engineering firm capable of providing professional services for the design of a new fire station and community resilience center on City-owned property located at 1815 Lake Bradford Road in Tallahassee, Florida. Desired services shall include, but may not necessarily be limited to, community outreach, site evaluation and planning, master planning, demolition planning, spatial needs assessment, programming, conceptual design, cost estimating, preparation of bidding documents including all specifications and special/general provisions, construction administration, technical oversight during construction to include submittal reviews and site inspection, preparation of record drawings, and architectural/engineering services reasonably related thereto.
