Description

This project includes: 1.Replacement of approximately 90 lineal feet of open overhang sidewalk on the northerly side of the two northeastern spans of the Koon Dam Bridge; 2.Replacement of approximately 25 lineal feet of enclosed sidewalk in front of the gatehouse on the northly side of the Koon Dam Bridge; 3.Approximately 30 square feet of surficial concrete repairs to the substructure of the northerly side of the two northeastern spans of the Koon Dam Bridge. 4.The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining a Highway Occupancy Permit (Form M?945P) from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Notice to proceed on this project shall be issued once the permit has been approved.
